da heads bet: Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor has been told to keep his emotions in check when he faces former club Arsenal on Saturday.
da bet7: Team-mate Kolo Toure, who played alongside Adebayor at Arsenal until both players left to join City last summer, has urged his colleague to "show more intelligence" when he returns to the Emirates Stadium for the first time
Togo striker Adebayor found himself in trouble with his former employers after running the full length of the pitch to celebrate scoring a goal for City in front of the travelling Arsenal fans during a 4-2 victory at Eastlands back in September.
He was also banned for three games following a stamp on ex-team-mate Robin van Persie during the same game.
"The game against them last September was really difficult for him but he needs to show more intelligence because we all know that what he did was not the best reaction – and as a friend I've told him that," said Toure.
"I've told him he must be calm and not do anything.
"Ade is a professional player and must just focus on the game and give everything to help the team win."Subscribe to Football FanCast News Headlines by Email
