The 17-year-old scored the game's only goal at Wembley on Saturday after Vinicius Junior broke clear of England's defence in the 80th minute. The highly-rated teenager, who is set to join Real Madrid from Brazilian outfit Palmeiras when he turns 18 this summer, then took to Instagram to celebrate the victory – while also praising soon-to-be Real Madrid team-mate Bellingham following a post-match meeting.

In the Brazilian sensation's Instagram story, he posted a photo of himself and Bellingham – who signed from Borussia Dortmund last summer and has been a revelation for Los Blancos since then – and captioned it, "Superstar @JudeBellingham".

Endrick is seen as one of Brazil's most exciting rising stars and against England he showed a glimpse of his considerable potential on a big stage. His star is only likely to grow when he finally links up with Madrid after reaching an agreement with Palmeiras in 2022, where the Spanish giants agreed to pay his €60 million (£52m/$64m) release clause.
