da casino： According to Calciomercato, Crystal Palace are ready to offer Christian Benteke and Max Meyer on loan to AC Milan in their bid to sign Fabio Borini, and Eagles fans have been quick to react to the bizarre transfer rumour on Twitter.
da apostaganha： The Italian media outlet reported on Tuesday that the south London outfit were one of three clubs interested in signing the former Sunderland and Liverpool attacker, but now they have taken it a step further.
While it would be no surprise to see Benteke and Meyer potentially offered on loan given their struggles for first-team football under Roy Hodgson this season – the former has found himself behind Jordan Ayew in the pecking order and has played just 281 Premier League minutes, while the latter has only featured for 17 minutes of top flight football since August 18.
Nevertheless, it would be difficult to say the duo’s value would be equal to that of Borini’s, whether it is a loan deal or not, with Benteke alone costing £27m and only signing a new contract extension last month.
This appears to be one of the major gripes for some Palace supporters having their say, with one even going as far as saying “this is what happens when Roy deals with transfers”.
